Maturity Model Inventory State Level

The State Level Maturity Model Inventory is designed to help State leadership a) identify the phase of implementation of the DPN Initiative as defined by the key areas in the State Maturity Model Matrix; b) educate partners about the growth of the program; c) orient new staff; d) provide policy direction; and, e) identify priorities for technical assistance and training. This document was developed by Colorado WIN Partners at the University of Colorado Denver with funding from the Colorado Workforce Development Council made possible by the U.S. Department of Labor and Employment, Employment and Training Administration.

DPN Implementation of the Maturity Model

The Disability Program Navigator (DPN) initiative was designed for maximum flexibility so that it could “plug and play” into the myriad state/local political and institutional constructs that comprise workforce networks across the country. Its adaptable nature is key to its usefulness.
